Dear NZL Listener
I am preparing a manuscript for a scientific journal (Israel Journal of Chemistry). The article is entitled “Structural Chemistry, Fuzzy Logic and the Law” and contains a discussion of the extraordinary ability of human beings to recognize patterns and objects even if considerably distorted. To demonstrate this I want to include a series of caricatures of Albert Einstein. The one on your web site is a perfect example, and I would like your permission to reproduce that figure in my article.
I might point out here that there is absolutely no commercial interest in this publication. I am an academic scientist, and will not earn a penny from this publication.
If you would like a copy of the manuscript which is essenteially completed, I will be happy to send you a copy. Clearly it has not yet been published.
Thank you very much in advance.
Sincerely,
Joel Bernstein
